Here we are going to look at the campaign section of the website and how to make proper entries.
Now that we have a company entered as a brand let's open up.
From this window, we want to click on the red tab in the top right corner and select "Add new campaign".
On the next screen in the left box under "Standard Campaign Type", we are going to select "Low Volume Mixed (1/5)", then sub-category "Customer Care".
Then we will select "Next" at the bottom of the screen. Next screen we will see is below and we will click "Next" again.
Next under Campaign Details we will enter the following information.
Campaign Description - Messages directed towards patients of a chiropractor. Appointment reminders, satisfaction follow-up, intake form links, and 2-way conversations
Call-To-Action / Message Flow - Patients book online and click that they agree to receive text messages for appointment reminders and communicate with the office
Next will we enter a sample message in that field, now this will be specific to the office you are entering the information for.
Hello [patient name], this is a reminder of your appointment today at 2:30 PM with Dr. Smith. Please let us know if you can make it. Thanks, VIM Chiropractic. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Now under Campaign and Content Attributes we will enter the following.
Subscriber Opt-In = Yes *
Subscriber Opt-Out = Yes *
Subscriber Help = Yes *
Number Pooling = No
Direct Lending or Loan Arrangement = No
Embedded Link = Yes
Embedded Phone Number = No
Age-Gated Content = No
Terms & Conditions = Yes
* Indicates these options require a message input and is also unique to each office.

Now let's click the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen. Click on "I agree in the pop-up window and then "ok" on the next pop-up window. We should now be looking at the following screen.
From here we will take the "Campaign ID:" located towards the top center and we will enter that in Bandwidth.
