This will cover the recent changes to appointment tracking.
We have recently made enhancements to our appointment tracking system to ensure greater accuracy. A discrepancy was identified with the "Total Visits" displayed in the Monthly Comparison Report compared to the total number of appointments on the Dashboard. Following the fix, offices may notice a decrease in the number of "Appointments This Month" on the Dashboard. This is because the new tracking system now only counts appointments that have been completed, and does not include appointments scheduled for the future that have not yet taken place. Previously, all appointments were shown, and the Monthly Report was counting appointments that were never completed.
We have reinstated the previous view with a disclaimer to inform you that this includes appointments that are yet to be completed. Additionally, you will now be able to see the "Day of" and "Week of" when selecting date ranges.
When choosing dates in the past, a distinct disclaimer will appear to notify you that you are viewing a date outside the current month. The appointment numbers displayed below will only consist of completed or checked-out appointments.
