This will cover the office's closed day(s) auto-reply options.
To inform your patients about your current closure when they attempt to send a text message, an automated message can be created. Start by accessing the settings and navigating to "Automatic Msgs" under "Appointments".
On the next screen, we will want to select "New Automatic Message".
From the drop-down under "New Automatic Message" we want to select "The patient messaged on a business closed day".
After selecting that option, you can enter the text that patients will receive in the content box and then click on the submit button. You can also click on the "Example Content" button for some ideas.
