In order to export all patients, both active and inactive, users should start by navigating to the "Patients" tab. From there, they can expand the search criteria by clicking on the three horizontal bars located in the top right corner of the screen.
Once that has been selected the screen will expand displaying more search options. We are going to want to find the "Show Only" drop-down box and select "Both Active and Inactive Patients".
After you have selected all filters that apply, click on the search button below.
Now that the search criteria have been updated we can select the "Select All" box located at the top of the patient list. This will then give you the option to select all of the patients on the page or the entirety of all patients.
