Here are the steps to get your Mango integration set up with Chiro Cat.
The first thing we need to start setting up our Mango integration is a "Remote ID". To find your Remote ID, within your Chiro Cat account you need to go to settings.
Once in settings, look for "Phone System" under the "Integrations" column.
As soon as you have your remote ID from Chiro Cat, you must navigate to your Mango account as the next step. When you have successfully logged in to your Mango account you need to find the "Integrations" tab.
Now that you have selected "Integrations" look for Chiro Cat on your integration list and click on learn more, it will be blue if not integrated.
On the next screen you will enter your "Remote ID" provided by Chiro Cat.
Once entered just select "Create Integration".
And then switch your integration to "on".
Our next step in your Mango account is navigate to "Authorization" in the "Integrations" tab.
Once you have selected "Authorizations" you will be on a new screen where you can generate or re-generate a key or new key. Select Generate a key and copy your key that has been generated.
When you have your key, we will go back to our Chiro Cat account. Navigate to "Settings"
and find "Integrations" and select "Phone System".
On this screen we will enter the "Authorization Key", and "Enable Call Pop" and "Enable Click to Call".
Don't forget to hit save.
