Setting up TriZetto
In this section, we will guide you through the necessary steps to set up TriZetto within ChiroCat. Begin by navigating to your settings in ChiroCat. Once there, locate the Insurance section, and select the Clearinghouse option.
Once you are in the Clearinghouse settings, please select TriZetto from the drop-down menu to proceed.
Once you have selected TriZetto from the drop-down menu, you will be prompted to enter your Username and Password. Please note that these credentials are provided by TriZetto upon the successful completion of your training with them.
Once you have entered the credentials provided by TriZetto, click on the Test button to verify your connection. If the test is successful, a confirmation window will appear, indicating that everything is set up correctly. However, if the test fails, it is likely that you will need to reset your password with TriZetto, as these passwords are time-sensitive and must be updated promptly after receipt.
Once you have successfully tested your connection, simply click the Ok button. After the confirmation window closes, remember to click the Save button to finalize the setup process.
